What you receive on site.
- A binder with a full colour electronic report on our Signature USB/ memory card.
- A report with Videos,colour photos and diagrams to fully explain issues detected and recommendations.
- Thermal Imaging photos in report (if thermal Imaging is requested)
- Additional Information Series to further enhance possible findings.
- Tags installed on main shut off valves. ie Main water, gas for furnace/boiler/hot water tank, main electrical disconnect.
- A verbal description/ walk through of the findings from the inspection
- Enough information to make an informed decision by the time a client leaves the property.
- Peace of mind.
